  • How do I sign up and create a profile?
    Signing up is simple! Download the Allied Help app and click on the "Sign Up" button, enter your basic information, and follow the prompts to create your profile. Be sure to upload your certifications and work experience to increase your chances of acceptance for gig assignments.
  • What types of gigs are available on Allied Help?
    We offer a wide range of gig opportunities for allied healthcare professionals, including positions for rad techs, medical assistants, lab techs, caregivers, occupational therapists, and more. You can filter jobs by specialty, location, and schedule to find the best fit for you.
  • How do I apply for a gig?
    Once your profile is complete, you can browse available gigs. When you find one that interests you, click "Apply," and your profile will be submitted to the hiring facility. You’ll receive a notification if you’re selected for the position.
  • How do I get paid?
    Payments are processed through our secure platform via Stripe. Once you complete a gig and your work is approved by the hiring facility, your payment will be deposited directly into your bank account within 7-10 days.
  • Can I choose my own work schedule?
    Yes! Allied Help is all about flexibility. You can choose gigs that fit your schedule, whether you’re looking for part-time, full-time, or occasional work. You’re in control of when and where you work.
  • What support does Allied Help provide?
    We’re here to support you every step of the way. Our customer support team is available to assist with any issues, from application problems to payment inquiries. Additionally, our platform provides resources to help you maintain your credentials and stay compliant with industry standards.
  • How do I know if a facility is a good fit for me?
    Each facility listing includes detailed information about the work environment, job expectations, and reviews from other healthcare professionals who have worked there. This helps you make an informed decision before applying for a gig.
